FULL POLICY
At Seven Rivers Cheesecake, everything is made to order and delivered fresh across Jamaica.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location.
DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver to most towns and cities in Jamaica. If you’re not sure we reach your area, just send us a message before placing your order.
SHIPPING METHOD
We use reliable couriers with temperature-aware service. Items are chilled — never frozen — and packed using professional insulated materials designed to keep your cheesecake safe, cold, and fresh for up to 14 hours, even in the Jamaican heat.
This is the same cold-chain method used by major food companies worldwide. Whether you’re in Montego Bay or Kingston, you can trust your order will arrive in perfect condition, ready to enjoy.
We ship via Tara Courier in Montego Bay and surrounding areas, and via Knutsford Express for all other parishes.
PICKUP OPTION
If you'd prefer to collect your order from Bethel Town, Westmoreland, please contact us directly to arrange pickup.
SHIPPING FEES
Flat fee: $1,000 JMD islandwide. We subsidize any additional courier charges, so your cheesecake stays affordable — no surprises at checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Our products are perishable. Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time. We cannot leave your order unattended. Missed deliveries may result in spoilage.
We’ll confirm your delivery window by WhatsApp or phone to make sure everything runs smoothly.
ORDER ISSUES
Because everything is made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after confirmation. Please double-check your delivery details and items before submitting.
